Introducing Elephants And Extra Crime Hits!

I’ve been thinking about doing a true crime blog for a long time. Recently, I finally decided to make a WordPress blog: Elephants And Extra Crime Hits! The link is elephantsandextracrimehits.wordpress.com. Here are some things I wanted to mention about the blog and what to expect.

This will be a once a month blog. I will be posting on the Elephants & Extra Crime Hits on the third Friday of each month, starting in March. This will allow me to balance the crime blog, the regular blog, and my outside life.

I will be announcing each crime blog post the Wednesday before. I will post announcements on the Elephants & Extra Base Hits social media pages the Wednesday before I post the crime article. If you would prefer to see the announcements on social media pages for just Elephants & Extra Crime Hits, let me know and I will be more than happy to create separate social media accounts.

I will be more than happy to create a case request form. While I do have a list of cases I would like to blog about, I am very open to create a Google Form where followers can submit case requests. I will be happy to cover cases suggested by blog readers.

Some cases will be split into multiple parts. Multiple part cases will be covered in consecutive posts. Some long cases I plan to cover include the notorious West Memphis Three case, the Menendez Brothers Case, and Mississippi’s controversial Christian Andreacchio case. These cases will be split into multiple parts. The multi-part cases’ posts will be consecutive (Part One during Month X, Part Two During Month Y, Parth Three during Month Z, if that makes sense).
